Terms of Use
Last updated: 21 July 2026
By using this website and enrolling in ProbaLab courses, you agree to these terms. They're written plainly on purpose; if anything is unclear, email [email protected] before you buy.
§1Using the site
You may browse ProbaLab, read the lessons you've paid for, and download the worksheets that come with your pack. Please don't try to break, scrape, or overload the site, and don't upload anything harmful through the forms.
§2Enrolling
Submitting the enrollment form is a request, not a finished purchase. We reply with a payment link; your access starts once payment clears. Prices are shown in Polish złoty (zł) and may change, but a change never affects an enrollment you've already paid for.
§3Your licence to the material
When you enroll you get a personal, non-transferable licence to watch the lessons and use the worksheets for your own learning and work. You may apply what you learn freely — the whole point is that you use the math. You may not resell, re-host, or share the videos, ebook, or worksheet files, or pass your login to others.
§4Accounts & access
Keep your access details to yourself. If you think someone else is using your account, tell us and we'll help secure it. We may suspend access that's clearly being shared or abused.
§5The content
Lessons teach the mathematics behind game systems. They're educational, not professional advice, and outcomes depend on how you apply them. We keep the material accurate and update it over time, but we can't promise it's free of every error.
§6Liability
ProbaLab is provided as-is to the extent the law allows. We're not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or course. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.
§7Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
